Construction of Boundary Wall and Guard Room at Diplomatic Enclave Islamabad

The Works Division-II (Capital Development Aurhority (CDA)) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the construction of a Boundary Wall and Guard Room at the Diplomatic Enclave, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P148338. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Clearing and Grubbing (48246 %0Sft) - Excavation in foundation including dagbelling and refilling (38246 %0 Cft) - Rehandling of earthwork (38246 %0 Cft) - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1½" to 2" (2237 Cft) - Pacca brick work below plinth level (6856 % Cft) - Pacca brick work above plinth beam (2116 % Cft) - Cement concrete plain including placing and curing (418 % Cft) - Reinforced cement concrete in pile cap, slab, footing beams etc. (9362 P-Cft) - Reinforced cement concrete in roof slab, beams, columns (1423 P-Cft) - Fabrication of mild steel reinforcement (18000 % Kgs) - Cement plaster 1:3 upto 20' height (14915 % Sft) - Cement pointing struck joints (13530 % Sft) - Providing and fixing thermopore sheet in expansion joints (104 P-Sft) - Applying 6 mm thick fine textured Silica Sand Coating / Colorcrete (14916 P-Sft) - Providing and fixing anti climb high security galvanized razor cut wire fencing (2460 Rft) The scope includes all civil works related to the boundary wall and guard room construction at the specified site. The contract requires compliance with PEC category C-5 or above, registration with FBR, and submission of bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Demand Draft.
