The project involves comprehensive civil and electrical works to upgrade and refurbish the facility to meet operational standards. Items being procured: - Plastering 3/4" (19 mm) thick patches in cement sand mortar - Repainting with ICI Paintex Star semi plastic emulsion paint - Repainting with ICI Dulux weather shield paint (external) - Enamel paint for wood and iron works - Providing and laying 6 mm thick coloured glazed tiles - Fixing white glazed tiles in dado and skirting - Fixing plain glass panes 5 mm thick - Removal and refixing of old DB boxes and doors - Supply and installation of wall-mounted power distribution boards with circuit breakers - Laying and commissioning of copper conductor cables - Installation of switch sockets, power plugs, telephone and data face plates - Wiring for light, fan, power, and A/C points - Installation of telephone and data points with Cat 6 cables - Installation of LED lights and fans - Fixing floor boxes with plugs and data ports The scope covers all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the renovation, including plastering, painting, tiling, electrical wiring, and fixture installation. The work site is located in Lahore, Punjab, and bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above, active taxpayers with GST, Income Tax, and Sales Tax registrations, and must not be blacklisted or involved in litigation with government entities. Earnest money of Rs. 62,000 must be submitted via CDR or Pay Order in favor of Director NTC Lahore. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by 03 November 2026 at 11:00 AM.
