National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Karachi invites bids for the procurement of cleaning and ancillary operational services for the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. The scope of work covers comprehensive cleaning and support services for the premises, ensuring a hygienic and well-maintained environment for staff and visitors. Bidders are required to provide services for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance and departmental requirements. Items being procured: - Cleaning services for all office areas, washrooms, corridors, and public spaces (as per detailed TORs) - Ancillary operational support services (including but not limited to janitorial, waste disposal, and related facility management tasks) The technical scope includes the deployment of trained cleaning staff, provision of cleaning materials and equipment, and adherence to health and safety standards as specified in the tender documents. The services must be delivered at the NADRA Regional Head Office, Karachi, with strict compliance to the schedule and quality benchmarks outlined by the department. Eligible firms must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in providing similar services to large public sector organizations will be an advantage.
