Purchase of Tonners, Shredders & Fire Safety Items

The Independent System and Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO) Islamabad Capital Territory invites sealed bids for the procurement of Tonners, Paper Shredders, and Fire Safety Items under contract reference P178494. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with delivery expected within 14 days of contract award. Items being procured: - Lot I: Tonners including HP-151A (20 qty), TL-5120 (10 qty), HP-30A (7 qty), HP-12A (12 qty), HP-55A (5 qty), HP-87A (12 qty) - Lot II: Genuine/OEM Manufactured Toners including W9085MC (8 qty), 230A Set (2 qty), 230A Black (3 qty), W2120A Set (2 qty), W2120 Black (3 qty), HP DesignJet 72 Toner Set (2 qty) - Lot 3: Paper Shredders including standard shredders (8 qty) and heavy duty shredders (1 qty) - Lot 4: Fire Fighting Items including Extinguishers Balls with Installing Baskets 1.5 KG (30 qty), HCFC Fire Extinguishers with Fitting Frame 4 KG (15 qty), AFFF Fire Extinguishers 1 KG (30 qty), Fire Blankets (8 qty) The technical specifications require compatibility with specific printer models for toners, shredders with defined sheet capacity and safety features, and fire safety items meeting environmental and operational standards. Delivery location is ISMO office at Pitras Bukhari Road, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, provide an affidavit of non-blacklisting, and comply with all bidding document requirements.
