Procurement of Stationery, Uniform, Printing, Repairs, Janitorial Services and Drinking Water by Regional Tax Office-I Karachi

The Regional Tax Office-I Karachi under the Federal Board of Revenue invites reputed companies and firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board having ATL status to participate in procurement for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement follows a single stage and single envelope least cost based selection (LCBS) method. Items being procured: - Purchase of Stationery - Purchase of Computer Stationery - Purchase of Uniform - Purchase of Other/Cost of Other Items - Printing & Publication of Different Articles - Repair of Transport - Repair of Furniture - Repair of Machinery - Repair of I.T Equipment - Repair of Hardware - Repair of Office Building - Janitorial Services - Supply of Drinking Water The scope covers supply and repair works at the office located at Sharah E Kamal Attaturk Karachi. Bidders must quote rates serial-wise as per tender documents including applicable GST and income tax withholding as per prescribed rates. Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available for download from the PPRA official website. All interested bidders must register on the e-procurement portal EPADS 2.0 and submit electronic bidding documents through the EPADS system by the deadline. The tender will be opened on 12-11-2026 at 12:00 PM in the Conference Room, 1st floor Income Tax House Karachi, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders while that of successful bidders will be converted into security deposit. Competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA rules.
