Tender Description
This tender invites qualified vendors to provide comprehensive cleaning, fire extinguisher refilling, and LED rod replacement services at New Vision Retail Outlets (NVROs) located across major cities in Pakistan including Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Quetta, Lahore, Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Multan, Islamabad, Dera Ismail Khan, and others. The Pakistan State Oil (PSO) requires annual contracts covering cleaning services, repair and refilling of various fire extinguishers, and supply and installation of LED tube rods and blue acrylic bars on canopy fascias.
The scope includes detailed cleaning and maintenance of retail outlets, refilling of DCP and CO2 fire extinguishers of different capacities, replacement of hoses, nozzles, pressure gauges, valves, and trolley wheels. LED tube rods must meet specified technical standards including 4-foot length, 1600 lumens intensity, 10.5W-16W power rating, and a lifespan of 15,000 hours. The blue bars are to be fabricated from 5mm thick acrylic sheets with high strength and moisture resistance, fitted with 3M or Avery vinyl films as per PSO standards.
Bidders should ensure compliance with PSO's technical specifications and submit a detailed breakup of quoted prices as per the Bill of Quantities. Vendors must be registered with PEC under relevant categories and maintain an active FBR ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26. Familiarity with PSO's special terms, HSE requirements, and job hazard analyses is essential for successful contract execution.
The submission deadline is set for 16th April 2026, with bids to be submitted by the close of business day. Technical and financial bids will be opened at PSO House, Khayaban-e-Iqbal, Clifton, Karachi.
