Procurement of Cleaning Items and Janitorial & Hostel Items for Framework Contract 2026-27

Sealed bids are invited for procurement of Cleaning Items and Janitorial & Hostel Items under framework contract for financial year 2026-27 from experienced and financially sound business enterprises registered with Sales Tax and, if required, Income Tax Departments under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Cleaning Items and Janitorial & Hostel Items This procurement is managed by the Principals of Daanish School (Boys & Girls) located in D.G. Khan, Punjab. The contract is for the supply of cleaning and janitorial materials along with hostel-related items to support the school facilities throughout the financial year 2026-27. The scope includes all necessary cleaning supplies and hostel consumables to maintain hygiene and operational standards. Eligible bidders must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Financial soundness and relevant experience are essential. A 1% bid security amounting to Rs. 199,726 is required as per the Economic Procurement Punjab requirements.
