Providing Services for Repair Work(Paint and Graphic) of Lube Rack at NVROs-Karachi Division

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi Division invites quotations for providing services for repair work including paint and graphic of lube racks at NVROs. This procurement is specifically for repair, repainting, and graphic replacement of steel lube racks located at PSO House and other NVROs in Karachi. Items being procured: - Repair of steel structure of lube rack including closing holes and cracks - Application of fresh 2k paint on steel structure with surface cleaning and preparation - Replacement of broken or damaged windows and glass if required - Replacement of damaged hinges and locks - Providing services for replacement of new design lube rack graphic as per PSO standards (3M/Avery) - Replacement of graphic side wall header talker - Replacement of MS sheet of shelves, display, or any portion of lube rack if required The technical scope includes all materials, labor, and transportation. The contractor must be an authorized convertor ship of 3M/Avery vendor applicable for this job. The contractor is responsible for transporting the lube rack to the workshop and back to the outlet. Strict adherence to PSO safety and security rules is mandatory. Quality of workmanship and materials must meet PSO specifications. The contractor must provide all PPEs to labor and ensure compliance with HSE standards. Work must be supervised continuously and risk assessments conducted. The contractor is liable for any accidents and must indemnify PSO against all claims. Payment will be subject to job acceptance.
