Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Transmission Kohat invites bids for the provision of janitorial services under Tender Enquiry No. ADMIN: KOHAT-T: 4.16(J) with reference number P91885. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and covers janitorial services at multiple locations including the SNGPL Transmission Office in Kohat, Nowshera Main Road C-10, Karak City Dedicated Police Station, and Bannu City Cantt Office. Items being procured: - Provision of 10 janitors per month at Kohat Transmission Office - Provision of 6 janitors per month at Nowshera Main Road C-10 - Provision of 2 janitors per month at Karak City Dedicated Police Station - Provision of 1 janitor per month at Bannu City Cantt Office - Provision of 1 janitorial supervisor per month at Kohat Transmission Office - Monthly supply of janitorial materials including soft brooms, dust mops, wet mops, towels, toilet rolls, soaps, liquid soap, room fresheners, plastic bags, dusters, phenyl, hard brooms, acids, wipers, commode brushes, glass cleaner, detergents, air fragrance sprays, metal polish, wax polish, waste trays, tissues, automatic spray machines, and plastic dust bins - Service charges including statutory payments such as EOBI, Social Security, and Income Tax The scope includes daily cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, garbage collection, fortnightly window and electrical fittings cleaning, monthly waxing and polishing, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The janitorial staff must be trained, medically fit, and wear uniforms and shoes during duty hours. Penalties apply for non-compliance with service standards. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least 3 years of experience providing janitorial services to government or reputed organizations, with proven capability to manage multistoried office buildings of at least 50,000 sq. ft.
