The contract includes sweeping, dusting, floor waxing, carpet cleaning, disposal of debris, cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms, maintenance of greenery, and upkeep of sewerage lines among other janitorial tasks. Items being procured: - Cleaning & janitorial services at State Life Building No. 2, Gul Centre Hyderabad - Cleaning & janitorial services at State Life Building M.A Jinnah Road Mirpurkhas - Sweeping and dust mopping minimum twice daily - Floor wet mopping with disinfectant minimum once daily - Garbage removal daily - Toilets and kitchen washing minimum twice daily - Wax polishing of floors every three months - Carpet vacuum cleaning as required - Disposal of debris and garbage as per municipal rules - Cleaning and clearing of manholes and sewerage lines - Maintenance of greenery and plants - Provision and maintenance of liquid hand wash dispensers The scope covers all interior and exterior surfaces including stairs, lobbies, terraces, parking areas, windows, glass doors, fans, and sign boards. The contractor must provide all cleaning materials, equipment, and uniforms at their own cost. The contract duration is one year with a bid security of 2% of the quoted annual contract cost required in the form of a pay order. The contractor must be registered with NTN, SST, EOBI, and SESSI and have relevant experience with a minimum qualifying score of 60 marks based on criteria including years of establishment, past works, tools availability, and staff strength. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by 23 October 2026 at 11:00 am. Late or manual bids will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am. The contract will be supervised by the Real Estate Department of State Life Insurance Corporation.
