Cleaning Services for Residential Colony –I & II Area, Roads and Streets with Sanitary Workers and Supervisor at Thermal Power Station Muzaffargarh

Northern Power Generation Company Limited (NPGCL / GENCO-III) invites bids for cleaning services at the Thermal Power Station residential colony in Muzaffargarh, Punjab. The contract covers cleaning of Residential Colony –I & II Area, Roads, and Streets including gutters and sewerage lines. The scope includes deployment of 12 sanitary workers and 1 supervisor, along with collection and shifting of waste material outside the colony area using 1 tractor trolley with driver. Items being procured: - Cleaning Residential Colony –I & II Area - Roads and Streets cleaning - Cleaning of Gutters and Sewerage Lines - Collection of Waste Material - Shifting waste outside colony area by 1 Tractor Trolley with driver The work is to be performed at Thermal Power Station, Kot Addu Road, Muzaffargarh. Cleaning materials and tools & plants will be provided by the contractor. The contract duration is 215 days with daily service requirements. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with FBR/ATL registration and other eligibility criteria. Earnest money in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, November 2, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
