Collection and Installation of HT/LT Spun and Structures Poles in Chakwal

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites bids for the collection, loading/unloading, erection, concreting, back filling, fixing of stay rods, and earthing of HT/LT spun and structure poles along with substations in District Chakwal, specifically in Tehsil Kallar Kahar, under the jurisdiction of Reconstruction Division Chakwal for the financial year 2025-26. This tender involves comprehensive civil works related to electrical infrastructure, including handling of spun and structure poles, ensuring proper installation and grounding as per IESCO standards and WAPDA/IESCO specifications. Financial criteria include a net worth of at least PKR 3,600,042, average cash flow of PKR 1,500,017, and annual turnover of PKR 9,000,104 for the last three financial years. Experience in similar works with DISCOs or government/semi-government/autonomous bodies is mandatory. The tender requires submission of a 2% bid security of the BOQ cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of CEO IESCO. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal by 10:30 AM on April 27, 2026, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day at the IESCO Head Office in Islamabad. The bid price must be inclusive of all applicable taxes. Performance security of 5% of the contract price is required from the successful bidder.
