College Canteen Contract for 2026-27 at Govt. Associate College for Women Bund Road Lahore

Govt. Associate College for Women Bund Road Lahore invites sealed bids for awarding the college canteen contract for the academic year 2026-27. Only experienced and reputable female contractors are eligible to participate. The contract is for running the college canteen, providing quality food and refreshments to students and staff throughout the year. Items being procured: - Annual contract for operation and management of the college canteen (for women only) Interested bidders can obtain the tender form from the college office by submitting a non-refundable fee of 1000 PKR during office hours. The completed tender documents must be submitted by 08-09-2026 at 10:00 AM. Tenders will be opened on 09-09-2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of the tender committee and available bidders. The technical bid and financial bid must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes, and each envelope should be clearly labeled. A refundable Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 5% of the total annual estimated contract value must be attached with the financial bid. The CDR should be in the name of the Principal, Govt. Associate College for Women Bund Road Lahore. Bids without the required CDR or with incomplete documentation will not be considered. The college reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason, and its decision will not be challengeable in any court.
