Tender Description
This tender invites bids for combine harvester services to cut and thresh wheat over 40 acres in Pirsabak, Nowshera. The Department of Agriculture Extension, Nowshera requires modern combine harvesters capable of efficient wheat harvesting between 08:00 and 17:00 hours, starting in May when the crop is ready. Bidders must obtain bidding documents from the office of the undersigned and submit a Call Deposit Receipt of PKR 50,000 in favor of the District Director Agriculture Extension, Nowshera. The tender follows a Single Stage Envelope procedure with bids due by 24 April 2026 at 10:00 AM, to be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15 April 2026 at 11:00 AM. The successful bidder will be awarded the contract by 4 May 2026, with work expected to commence by 10 May 2026, weather permitting.
