Tender Description
SME Leasing Limited invites sealed bids for the auction/sale of a commercial office located in DHA Karachi. The office premises include Office No. 4, measuring 900 square feet, situated on the 4th Floor, Plot No. 71-C/II, 21 Commercial Street, Phase II Extension, DHA, Karachi. This sale is on an "as is where is basis".

The technical scope involves the sale of the specified office space without any modifications or warranties. Interested parties can obtain further details regarding ownership documents and property status from Mr. Tariq Hussain (Cell No. 0307-2327645) and Mr. Sohail Imran (Cell No. 0331-2758109) at B-9-B/3, Site Area, Karachi before submitting their bids.
Bidders must submit a Bank Draft or Pay Order as earnest money of Rs. 400,000 in favor of SME Leasing Ltd. This amount is refundable to all bidders except the successful one. No bid will be accepted without this earnest money. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Bid for Auction of Commercial Office DHA Karachi" and "Confidential". The envelope must include a copy of CNIC, complete address, and phone/cell numbers. If the bidder is a company or firm, the bid must be signed by an authorized representative.
The deadline for submission is before 17 August 2026 up to 03:30 pm. Bids will be opened the same day at 04:00 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The bid remains valid for 90 days from the date of opening. Pay Orders of unsuccessful bidders will be released within 60 days.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the earnest money pay order is correctly prepared and submitted on time, as bids without it will be rejected outright. Also, verify all documentation and signatures to avoid disqualification.
