University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir (UoK) invites sealed tenders from registered and well-reputed vendors for providing Committed Information Rate (CIR) Internet Connectivity Service. This procurement is specifically for the University located in Kotli, AJK, aiming to enhance its internet connectivity infrastructure with reliable fiber connectivity and static IP pool. Items being procured: - Committed Information Rate (CIR) Internet Connectivity Service with valid LL license and Commencement Letter - OFC expertise throughout Fiber connectivity - Own Static IP pool The tender document detailing specifications and terms can be obtained from the office of Assistant Treasurer UoK upon payment of Rs. 10,000/- in shape of Bank Challan/Bank Draft/Pay Order favoring Treasurer UoK, AJK. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. Financial proposals must include a Bid Security/Earnest Money of Rs. 800,000/- in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of Treasurer UoK. The rates should be quoted in Pak Rupees on F.O.R UoK basis and remain valid for 120 days. All applicable government taxes will be deducted at payment time.
