Tender Description
The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Beijing is procuring comprehensive services for the compilation, scanning, printing, and binding of public documents signed between Pakistan and China. This procurement is specifically for volumes I through IV, involving a substantial number of pages totaling 2400 for scanning, printing, and binding. The scope includes preparation of digital copies for all volumes, ensuring high-quality materials and professional handling throughout the process.
Interested bidders must be capable of providing integrated services covering all categories mentioned. The work will be carried out at the Embassy premises in Beijing, China. Eligible bidders should be registered with the local Chinese tax authorities and relevant local bodies, demonstrating experience in similar document management and printing projects. Submission of item-wise and category-wise quotations is mandatory, with clear indication of unit costs, total costs, applicable taxes, and any additional charges.
Tender documents are available from 12 June 2026 during office hours at the Office of the Head of Chancery, Embassy of Pakistan, Beijing. The deadline for bid submission is 29 June 2026 by 1500 hrs, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 1600 hrs in Jinnah Hall at the Embassy. Bidders should ensure their quotations remain valid for at least 30 to 60 days from submission.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare the Technical Bid with all required documentation and ensure compliance with local registration requirements to avoid disqualification. Attention to detail in the financial bid, including taxes and additional charges, will also be critical for evaluation. This tender offers a valuable opportunity for firms experienced in document management and printing services to engage with a prestigious diplomatic mission.
