Tender Description
The **Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL)** invites bids for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a complete CCTV camera system with all allied accessories at their Uch Sharif Store located in Tehsil Ahmadpur East District Bahawalpur, Punjab. This procurement is specifically for a turnkey solution including 27 cameras (26 outdoor bullet cameras and 1 indoor dome camera), network video recorders, UPS power backup, network cables, power cables, and a 45-inch LED display.
The technical scope covers the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of the CCTV system with detailed specifications such as 4 MP resolution bullet cameras, 2 MP dome camera, 32 channel NVR with 16TB storage, PoE switches, weatherproof junction boxes, and a UPS system with 1 KVA capacity. The system must be fully operational with internet access and password security. Installation and commissioning must be completed within 4 weeks of contract award. The supplier is also responsible for providing onsite technical training to SNGPL staff.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be authorized partners or agents of the OEM for at least three years, have a registered office in Pakistan with at least three regional offices, and demonstrate experience with at least two contracts involving 5-25 cameras each in the last five years. Bidders must also have qualified technical staff for after-sales support and provide all relevant documentation including GST registration, NTN, and professional tax clearance certificates.
The tender was published on **2026-04-10** and bids must be submitted by **29th April 2026 at 15:00 hours**. Bids should be submitted in duplicate sealed envelopes addressed to the Officer (Procurement) at SNGPL Pipe Coating Plant Uch Sharif. The tender opening will be held publicly on the same day at 15:30 hours. Bidders must submit their bids through EPADS (electronic portal) and also deliver a hard copy to the office. Earnest money in the form of a CDR or pay order is mandatory. The bid validity period is 60 days from the closing date.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all technical literature and specifications are complete and attached with the bid, as incomplete documentation will lead to disqualification. Also, bidders should clearly state any reservations to the terms and conditions in their offer. Timely submission and adherence to the single stage single envelope procedure are critical to avoid rejection.
