The Electricity Department Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites sealed bids for the electrification of remaining areas in District Neelum under Part-V for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category, possess valid FBR/ATL registration, and provide a Bid Security as specified in the notice. Earnest Money in the form of CDR/Pay Order is required. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of PKR 2,500.
