Tender Description
The Electricity Department Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites sealed bids for the electrification of remaining areas in District Neelum under Part-V for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement covers HT/LT works, including the supply and installation of transformers, poles, and related electrical infrastructure. The bidding will be conducted using the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure, and interested contractors must submit their bids by 08-10-2026.

- Package A: 5 transformers (50KVA), 254 poles, 215 LT, 42.38 km LT conductor, 163 poles HT, 20.11 km HT conductor, 91 meters UHT, estimated cost PKR 237,000
- Package B: 6 transformers (50KVA), 219 poles, 195 LT, 32.24 km LT conductor, 124 poles HT, 21.00 km HT conductor, 95 meters UHT, estimated cost PKR 208,000

The technical scope includes the installation of new transformers, HT/LT lines, and associated electrical works to expand the grid in underserved areas. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category, possess valid FBR/ATL registration, and provide a Bid Security as specified in the notice. Earnest Money in the form of CDR/Pay Order is required. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of PKR 2,500. The deadline for submission is 08-10-2026, and bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day.
