Tender Description
Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids for supply of Complete Intra Ocular Lenses (IOL) Kits of various sizes including all accessories for its hospital. The tender requires delivery within one month after contract signing and submission of required documents.
The kits must include aspheric preloaded injection system, Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose 2.0ml Gel, Inj Vision Blue, Inj Omnichole, Micro Surgery Knife 15°, Micro Surgery BILADE 2.8 and Drape Sheet. Bidders must submit registration, audit reports, bank statements, CNIC copies, and other eligibility documents. Bid security and postal order are mandatory. Bids will be opened on 15 Jan 2026 at 11:00 hours at HIT Taxila. Evaluation will be on least cost basis with technical scrutiny prior to financial opening.
