The Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the supply of specified medical items. This procurement is conducted under PPRA rules and is open to firms with valid registrations and certifications. Items being procured: - Chlorhexedin 500 ML/Chemical or Equivalent (Qty: 52,150 Nos) - Auto Disable Syringe, 5 ml (Qty: 5,569,148 Nos) - Disposable, LAL Cartridges, 0.05 EU/M Cartridges Box of 10 (Qty: 60 Nos) - Disposable, Thrombuster 6F (Qty: 100 Nos) - Kit, Platelet Apheresis with solution-C5L (Qty: 200 Nos) - Platelet, Apheresis, 10400 Optia Kit, Artificial Cervical Disc Arthroplasty-ACDA/ Compatible with 10400 OPTIA Kit (Qty: 150 Nos) The technical scope includes supply of high-quality medical consumables and kits suitable for platelet apheresis and related procedures. The site of delivery is Rawalpindi. Eligibility criteria require valid MD CNIC of the firm, registration letters with DGDP and MoH product, valid DRAP drug manufacturing license, export/import license for foreign firms, DGDP financial capability letter or bank statement of last year, valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates, and certification regarding market share or reliable source data. Payment of PKR 2000 on Challan No.32-A for both registered and unregistered firms is mandatory. Bid security must be submitted via bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi as earnest money with rates varying by firm registration status: 2% for pre-qualified/registered/indexed firms, 3% for pre-qualified/registered but un-indexed firms, and 5% for pre-qualified/unregistered/un-indexed firms. The offer validity is 120 days from commercial offer opening. A performance guarantee of 10% of contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing. Bidding documents including technical offer, earnest money draft, and commercial offer must be submitted in separate envelopes clearly marked and sealed in one large envelope with the tender enquiry number. Submission deadline is 27 October 2026 by 0930 hours at the tender room reception of DGP (Army). The tenders will be opened on 27 October 2026 at 1100 hours in the presence of firm representatives. The DGP (Army) reserves the right to accept or reject tenders and change quantities. Alternative offers will not be accepted.
