The items must meet required medical standards and specifications. The site of delivery is near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road, Rawalpindi. Eligibility criteria require firms to provide photocopy of CNIC of MD, financial capability or bank statement for the last year, NTN certificate, sales tax registration certificate, and Challan Form No. 32 worth Rs 2000/- deposited into Govt Treasury.
