Cadet College Khanpur invites sealed bids from eligible, well-reputed and technically capable firms for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of computer and communication laboratory equipment for academic and administrative use at their Khanpur campus. Items being procured: - 40 complete tower computer systems (brand-new or certified refurbished) - Dell or Lenovo LCD/LED monitors only - Keyboard, optical mouse, power cables and all required connecting accessories for each set - One USB headset with microphone and one HD webcam for each workstation The project aims to establish a fully functional computer and communication laboratory comprising tower systems, display units, communication accessories, and essential networking infrastructure. Furniture is strictly excluded from this tender. The scope includes physical installation, cable management, power connection, basic networking, operating system setup, functional testing, configuration of LAN/internet connectivity, network switches, routers/firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, and patch cords as required. Common communication-lab items such as teacher workstations, projectors, large displays, speakers, and printer/scanners are to be quoted separately in the BOQ where required. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and provide valid registration documents, proof of previous experience, and clear warranty/support commitments.
