Procurement of Computer Hardware and Accessories for Financial Year 2026-2027

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Larkano invites competitive bids for the procurement of Computer Hardware and Accessories for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is conducted under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2025) using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Interested bidders can obtain bidding documents from the Board's office or download them from the official websites www.E-Pads.pprasindh.gov.pk and www.biselrk.edu.pk. Items being procured: - 56 sets of fully loaded custom desktop computers with 14th Gen Intel Core i7-14700K processors, Intel UHD Graphics 770, 32 GB DDR5 RAM, 1 TB NVMe M.2 SSD, 1 TB HDD, Intel B760 mATX motherboard with Wi-Fi 6/6E and Bluetooth, Corsair RM650e 650W power supply, and mATX airflow case - Dell Ultra Sharp U2723QE 27" 4K IPS monitors with USB-C and multiple ports - Dell Multimedia Wired Keyboard KB216 (US English) - Dell Optical Mouse MS116 (USB-A) The technical scope includes supply of high-performance computer systems with specified configurations suitable for office and educational use. Delivery is expected within 6 to 8 weeks from the date of contract signing. Bidders must have at least three years of relevant experience, valid NTN and ATL registration, GST registration, and an annual turnover of at least 80% of the allocated funds. A bid security of 3% of the estimated cost (Rs. 32,00,000/-) is required in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker's Cheque. Bids must be submitted online or physically by 11:00 AM on 28-10-2026. The financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder meeting all eligibility criteria. Payment will be made after delivery and inspection of goods. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the instructions in the bidding documents and ensure all required documents and bid security are included to avoid rejection. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure that the financial proposal is complete, signed, and stamped on every page, and that the quoted prices include all applicable taxes and duties.
