Procurement of Electro Medical Equipment, Air Conditioners, Computers, Printers, Office Furniture, and CCTV Cameras on Framework Contract Basis for FY 2026-27

Data Darbar Hospital Lahore, under the administrative control of Auqaf & Religious Affairs Punjab Department, invites eligible bidders to submit e-bids for procurement on a framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Electro Medical Equipment and Instruments - Air Conditioners - Computers and Printers - Office Furniture - CCTV Cameras NVR The hospital will conclude the framework contract/rate notification at the center level to ensure availability of disposables and attain uniformity, standardization, economies of scale, and value for money. The hospital will issue contract/purchase orders to successful bidders against the quantities demanded. Draft bidding documents containing details of quantities, specifications, and terms & conditions in English will be available after publication and can be downloaded from the procuring agency's website http://health.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must submit e-bids online on or before the deadline via the e-Procurement System https://epp.punjab.gov.pk. A 5% bid security of the estimated cost of quoted items/lots is required electronically as per e-Procurement System rules. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who may attend the opening. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Technical and financial proposals must include manufacturer, brand name, and model. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. The procuring agency is not responsible for technical errors or internet failure. Lot-wise submission is mandatory for evaluation. The last date and time for submission of tenders is 29/10/2026 at 10:00 A.M., with opening at 10:30 A.M. The submission and opening will be conducted online.
