Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (Ministry of Commerce) invites applications for Pre-Qualification of Maintenance & Repair Services through an Open Framework Agreement for a period of 36 months in Karachi. This prequalification is intended to shortlist suppliers for subsequent call-off contracts for maintenance and repair services across multiple categories. Items being procured: - Maintenance & Repair of IT Equipment (25 jobs) - Maintenance & Repair of IT Peripherals & Related Equipment (25 jobs) - Repair & Maintenance of Furniture & Fixtures (10 jobs) - Interior & Related Maintenance Works (10 jobs) - Maintenance & Repair of General Office Equipment (15 jobs) - Maintenance & Repair of Office Appliances & Related Items (15 jobs) - Maintenance of Electrical & Power Systems (10 jobs) - Maintenance of Power Backup & Mechanical Systems (10 jobs) - Maintenance & Repair of Air Conditioning Systems (15 jobs) - Maintenance & Repair of Refrigeration & Cooling Equipment (15 jobs) - Civil & Building Maintenance Works (10 jobs) - Plumbing, Facility & Other Maintenance Works (10 jobs) - Maintenance & Repair of Lifts & Related Equipment (10 jobs) - Maintenance of Specialized Equipment & Systems (10 jobs) - Vehicle Servicing, Maintenance & Repair (10 jobs) - Vehicle Parts, Tyres, Batteries & Related Services (10 jobs) The scope includes routine, preventive, corrective, emergency maintenance, troubleshooting, replacement of defective parts, and related services as per individual work orders issued by PRCL. Services must be performed professionally, complying with technical standards, safety, and PRCL's security protocols. Materials and spare parts will be provided as per approved rates and prior approval. Eligibility requires bidders to be legally registered entities in Pakistan with valid NTN, active taxpayer status, sales tax registration where applicable, and no blacklisting. Bidders must have relevant experience, a registered office in Karachi, and meet minimum annual turnover requirements per lot. Applications must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. Interested bidders should register on EPADS and follow the guidelines provided. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all eligibility documents, including proof of office location in Karachi and financial statements for turnover, are complete and uploaded correctly on EPADS to avoid disqualification.
