Concrete Lining Works for 2R/2L and 3R/2L Minor Canals in Sahiwal Zone

The Punjab Irrigation Department invites bids for concrete lining works under the 1st Bi-Annual Market Rate System for the District Pakpattan / Non-Scheduled Rates approved by the Competent Authority. The works are to be executed in the Sahiwal Irrigation Zone with a focus on two minor canals. Items being procured: - Concrete Lining of 2R/2L Minor from RD:16+600 to RD:39+500 Tail - Concrete Lining of 3R/2L Minor from RD:00+000 to RD:09+000 (Working reach from RD 02+250 to RD 10+000) The technical scope includes the concrete lining of minor canals to improve water conveyance efficiency and reduce seepage losses. The project requires adherence to approved construction drawings and PWD specifications for materials and works. Field tests will be conducted to ensure quality of materials during execution, with the successful bidder responsible for testing costs. Eligibility criteria require contractors/firms to be registered with Punjab PPRA and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with the relevant specialization code. Valid registration for the financial year 2026-27 with PEC and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) is mandatory. Earnest Money must be submitted as 5% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from scheduled banks in Pakistan. The bid submission deadline is **21-07-2026 at 12:30 PM**, with bid opening at **1:00 PM** the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer, Eastern Bar Canal Division, Pakpattan. Bidders must upload bids on the EPADS website and remain present during bid opening. The successful bidder will provide a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount.
