Configuration, Programming, Installation of Remote Terminal Units for Telecommunication Signals and Supply of 2 RTUs for Duber Khwar Power Station Pattan

The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites electronic bids for specialized services at the Duber Khwar Power Station located in Pattan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The contract will be executed on a Delivered Duty Paid (D.D.P.) basis with the completion period specified from the date of issuance of the Purchase/Work Order. The site is the Duber Khwar Power Station in Pattan, requiring technical expertise in electrical and telecommunication systems. Eligible bidders must provide an original Bid Security in the form of a CDR in favor of the Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station WAPDA, Pattan. The bid security must reach the office before the closing date and time of the electronic bid submission. Bidders should ensure they meet all registration and experience requirements as per WAPDA and FBR guidelines. The electronic bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by 17 August 2026 at 10:00 AM, with the bid opening scheduled for 17 August 2026 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
