Tender Description
The Pakistan Navy invites sealed quotations from GST/IT registered firms for the Conservancy Contract of the 12th SEAL Battalion at Naval Base Nathia Gali, Karachi for the financial year 2026-2027. This contract covers collection, removal, and disposal of rubbish as well as beautification of units on demand.

The scope includes maintaining cleanliness and environmental conservancy at the 12th SEAL Battalion area. Detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Executive Officer 12th SEAL Battalion between 0900 to 1300 hours daily except Saturday and Sunday.
Eligible bidders must be GST/IT registered firms with relevant experience in conservancy services. Earnest Money and other bid security requirements should be in accordance with PPRA rules 2004.
Sealed quotations must reach the Guard Room of 12th SEAL Battalion by 18 September 2026 before 1300 hours. The quotations will be opened on the same day at 1400 hours in the Conference Room of 12th SEAL Battalion.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions and ensure timely submission. A practical tip is to visit the site beforehand to understand the scale and specific requirements of the conservancy work to prepare a competitive and compliant bid.
