Janitorial Services at Sindh Secretariat Buildings No. II (Tughlaq House) Karachi

The Provincial Buildings Division No: II Karachi invites bids for comprehensive janitorial services at Sindh Secretariat Buildings No. II (Tughlaq House) located in Karachi. This procurement is aimed at maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the premises to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants and visitors. Items being procured: - Daily continuous mopping of all levels including main entrance inside and outside areas - Daily cleaning of toilets and disinfecting attached baths twice daily - Sweeping and vacuum cleaning of carpeted areas - Cleaning of all elevator floors and walls - Dry and wet cleaning & mopping of handrails on staircases and walkways - Cleaning and sweeping of staircases, landings, walkways, walls, floors, and core areas including fire hose cabinets - Cleaning of lifts lobbies, corridors, platform on ground floor - Removal of cobwebs, dusting and cleaning of false ceilings in toilets and common core areas - Cleaning and sweeping of perimeter roads, footpaths within security fence, car parking, and main duct roads including green belts - Emptying of dustbins and disposal of rubbish to Karachi Municipal Corporation disposal areas - Weekly cleaning of electrical fixtures, waste removal from rooftops, washing floors with bleach and surf, dry/wet cleaning of glazed/aluminum panels - Fortnightly mopping of walls, cleaning of walkways, staircases, walls, diffusers, false ceilings, grills, security fences, gates, logos, signage, street lights, and cleaning of glasses inside and outside with cradle - Cleaning of sewerage system in case of blockage and removal of solid waste The scope requires skilled and unskilled staff with valid CNICs, proper uniforms approved by competent authority, and all necessary tools and materials to be provided by the contractor at no extra cost. The work must be completed punctually before 08:00 A.M. daily. The contract duration is three months with a bid security of 5% and a total security deposit of 10% of the bid amount. Income tax at 8% will be deducted from bills. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN registration, compliance with all codal requirements, and submission of earnest money in the form of bid security.
