Janitorial Services at Sindh Secretariat Buildings No. VI (Old State Bank) Karachi

The Provincial Buildings Division-II invites bids for comprehensive janitorial services at Sindh Secretariat Buildings No. VI (Old State Bank) located in Karachi. This procurement is aimed at maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the premises to ensure a healthy and presentable environment for all occupants and visitors. Items being procured: - Daily continuous mopping of all levels including main entrance insides and outsides - Daily continuous cleaning of toilets and disinfecting attached baths twice a day - Dry and wet cleaning & mopping of handrails of all staircases and walkways - Dry wet cleaning, sweeping, and mopping of all staircase landings and walkway floors - Cleaning, sweeping, and continuous mopping of lifts lobbies and corridors at ground floor - Cleaning, sweeping & mopping of platform on ground floor - Cleaning, sweeping & mopping of all toilets located in common core areas - Emptying of all dustbins as many times as necessary and keeping them neat - Daily collection and disposal of all rubbish and waste material to K.M.C. disposal areas - Cleaning of all elevator floors and walls - Daily cleaning, sweeping, and mopping of all rooms at all levels - Weekly collection and removal of waste material from rooftops - Weekly dry/wet cleaning of glazed/aluminum panels - Weekly washing of floors with bleach and surf - Fortnightly dusting and cleaning of all logos and signage in common areas - Fortnightly cleaning of glasses from inside and outside (with cradle) - Fortnightly cleaning of sewerage system in case of blockage and removal of solid waste The scope includes skilled and unskilled staff deployment, provision of all cleaning materials and equipment by the contractor, and adherence to uniform and conduct standards. The work site is the Sindh Secretariat Saddar Karachi, with a contract period of three months. Bidders must provide valid NTN, comply with FBR and PEC requirements, and submit a bid security of 5% of the bid amount, which will convert into performance guarantee upon award.
