Conservancy Services for Pakistan Navy Ops Site at Bin Qasim and AoR FY 2026-27

Pakistan Navy Karachi invites bids from well reputed, PN registered, security cleared and GST registered financially sound firms, contractors, or parties for conservancy services at the Operations Site located at Bin Qasim and its Area of Responsibility (AoR) for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is managed by the Executive Officer 47 Squadron at PNS Mehran, Shahra-e-Faisal Karachi. Items being procured: - Conservancy services for Ops Site at Bin Qasim - Conservancy services for Area of Responsibility (AoR) The scope includes comprehensive conservancy services as detailed in the tender documents, which bidders can obtain from the undersigned office upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs 5,000. The contract duration is from 1st August 2026 to 30th June 2027. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelopes system where technical bids will be opened first to assess capability, and only technically qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened and evaluated. Both envelopes must be sealed and clearly marked as Technical and Financial Bids. Eligibility requires firms to be Pakistan Navy registered, security cleared, GST registered, and financially sound. Bidders must submit a Bank Draft or Pay Order equal to 2% of the total bid value as earnest money in favor of CO 47 Squadron; cheques will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the financially lowest bidder compliant with tender documents. Commanding Officer 47 Squadron reserves the right to reject any or all quotations if found technically or financially unacceptable as per PPRA regulations. Bids must reach the office by 12:00 hrs on 22 July 2026 and will be opened at 12:30 hrs the same day in the presence of firm representatives who wish to attend.
