Conservancy Services at Naval Special Operations Training Center Bin Qasim Karachi

The Pakistan Navy invites quotations in sealed envelopes from reputed GST, SST, and income tax registered firms for the provision of Conservancy services at the Naval Special Operations Training Center (NSOTC) located at Bin Qasim, Karachi. This procurement is specifically for conservancy work to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the NSOTC premises. Items being procured: - Conservancy services at NSOTC Bin Qasim Tender documents and terms and conditions can be obtained from the NSOTC unit upon submission of the firm's GST registration and NTN certificate copies along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs 15,000/- for suppliers registered with Pakistan Navy. Quotations must be addressed to the Commandant NSOTC and received by 11:00 AM on 28 September 2026. The sealed quotations will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Successful bidders will be required to deposit 5% of the total contract amount as a refundable security deposit in the form of a pay order or bank guarantee. The purchase order will be awarded to the lowest bidder who fulfills all prerequisites including registration and earnest money requirements.
