Tender Description
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Kohat Zone invites bids for the hiring of janitorial staff services at its Kohat office located at House # 339, Sector IV, Phase-I, KDA, Kohat. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured:
- Naib Qasid: 3 Posts (Primary qualification, age 18-25)
- Cook: 1 Post (Primary qualification, age 18-25, minimum 2 years experience in public/private sector)
- Sweeper: 2 Posts (Primary qualification, age 18-25)
The scope includes provision of 6 janitorial staff members physically fit and within the specified age limits to serve at the FIA Kohat Zone office. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids online by the deadline. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security or bid securing declaration is mandatory as per bidding documents. The contract requires a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price in the form of a bank guarantee. The contract duration and commencement date will be as specified in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria include valid registrations such as NADRA CNIC, FBR NTN/GSTN, and SECP where applicable.
