Conservancy Services Contract at PNS Iqbal Karachi FY 2026-27

The Pakistan Navy Ship (PNS) Iqbal at PN Dockyard West Wharf Road Karachi invites sealed quotations from reputed GST, SST, and Income Tax registered firms with Pakistan Navy for the provision of Conservancy Services for the financial year 2026-27. The contract involves essential conservancy related works to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the PNS Iqbal Area of Responsibility (AoR). Items being procured: - Provision of Truck with Driver along with labour and accessories for collection of Garbage on daily basis - Sweeping and cleaning of all garbage from PNS Iqbal AoR and dumps in Kachra Kundis for environmental safe manner - Provision of sprinkling of lime powder and anti-Bacterial flying mosquito and crawling spray after cleaning and beautifying the area - Provision of garbage bags for collection of solid waste The scope includes daily garbage collection, sweeping, cleaning, and environmental safety measures such as spraying anti-bacterial and mosquito repellents. The contractor must ensure proper disposal of waste in designated dumps and maintain the cleanliness of the premises. Interested firms must be financially sound, experienced, and eligible. Tender documents and terms & conditions can be obtained from the Store office of the unit upon submission of photocopies of GST registration, NTN certificates, and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 4000. The bid security requires a deposit of 5% of the total contract amount in the form of pay order or bank guarantee. All sealed bids must be submitted in the Tender Box at PNS Iqbal Guard Room by the closing date. The bids will be opened on 28 September 2026 at 1100 hrs in the presence of representatives of firms in the office of the President of Local Purchase Committee. The lowest technically accepted bid will be selected. The Commanding Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation at his discretion.
