Items being procured: - Janitorial Services including deployment of General Supervisors and Janitorial Workers at specified sites - Supply of machinery and equipment such as scrubbers, floor polishers, moping trolleys, brooms, vacuum cleaners, mop buckets, glass cleaning kits, and extension wires - Provision of cleaning consumables including phenyl, bleach, hypo, vim, castic soda, air fresheners, brushes, mops, detergents, insecticides, and other janitorial supplies - Pest control and fumigation services on a monthly basis to keep premises free from pests, insects, rodents, and stray animals - Disposal of infected and non-infected waste as per approved local government procedures The scope includes comprehensive cleaning of hospital premises, including floors, wards, operation theaters, laboratories, offices, corridors, windows, facades, and surrounding areas. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment, consumables, and trained staff to maintain hygienic conditions as per SICHN protocols. The contract duration is one year with possible extension based on satisfactory performance. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with tax authorities (FBR, SRB), compliance with labor laws including minimum wages, EOBI and SESSI registrations, and submission of bid security equal to 2% of the estimated procurement value.
