Conservancy Services at PNS Nigraan Karachi for FY 2026-27

The Pakistan Navy invites bids for conservancy services at PNS Nigraan located on Rafiqui Shaheed Road, Karachi. This procurement covers services for PNS Nigraan, PNS Dilawar, PNS Shifa, 8th FP Battalion, HQ COMKAR, and its Area of Responsibility for the financial year 2026-27. Bids must reach the office by 1100 hours on 16 June 2026, with opening at 1130 hours the same day. The contract period is from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The Pakistan Navy reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules 2004.
