Experience in similar nature works executed in the last 5 years is mandatory, with at least one work costing 80% or two works costing 50% of the estimated cost. Bidders must submit technical staff CVs, financial turnover evidence, tax registration certificates, bank statements, audit reports, and affidavits regarding litigation and blacklisting status.
