Tender Description
The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for the construction of 10 government colleges on a need basis including the Degree College for Boys in Manshera City. This tender covers extensive civil works including the main building with basement and multiple floors, internal electrification, water supply, sewerage, telephone system, CCTV, fire alarm and extinguishing systems, and basic networking. Additionally, the project includes construction of teacher hostels, guard rooms, road works, boundary walls, retaining walls, overhead water tanks, septic tanks, manholes, and external electrical works such as street lighting.
Eligible bidders must have PEC registration in categories C-3 and above for the main building package and C-4 and above for the secondary package. Firms must also be registered with FBR and ATL, demonstrate relevant experience, and provide financial soundness and technical capabilities. Submission requires earnest money in the form of a bid security/CDR, and all bids must be submitted electronically via the EPAD system by the deadline.
The last date for submission of e-bids is 10th June 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening of technical bids on the same day at 12:30 PM. Financial bids will be opened after approval of the technical bids by the competent authority.
