The Village Electrification wing of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids for the construction of a 2x2 duct line with manholes, road/gate/path crossings, and construction of RCC bases and plinths. The scope includes supply of materials, excavation, concreting, cable laying, dismantling, brickwork, plastering, and reinforcement works as per detailed specifications. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, registered with FBR for NTN and GST with active status, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) with active status. Firms must provide audited financial statements for the last three years, demonstrate similar work experience with DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations, and submit a fresh bank statement showing balance up to 25% of the BOQ cost.
