Construction of 2x2 Duct Line with Manholes and Transformer Plinth for Shifting of HT/LT Line for Service Road Faizabad to Gulberg Green Islamabad

The Village Electrification division of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids for the construction of a 2x2 duct line with manholes and construction of a transformer plinth (Part-D) for shifting of HT/LT lines along the service road from Faizabad to Gulberg Green, Islamabad. This procurement is under the financial year 2026-27 with contract reference P84376 and tender number 17/2026-27. Items being procured: - Construction of 2x2 duct line with manholes - Construction of transformer plinth - Shifting of HT/LT line for service road Faizabad to Gulberg Green The scope includes civil works such as excavation, RCC pipeline laying, cement concrete works, brickwork, plastering, erection and removal of centring for RCC, reinforced cement concrete work, and supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement bars. The total estimated cost is Rs. 16,933,690. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, and have valid registrations with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and NTDC Lahore. They must have completed similar works in DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations and provide financial statements showing adequate turnover and net worth. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by 09:30 AM on Friday, August 28, 2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM via EPADS. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). The contract performance guarantee is 5% of the contract price, payable via bank guarantee.
