Rehabilitation of International Departure Toilet Block of Terminal Building at FIAP Faisalabad

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) at Faisalabad International Airport invites sealed bids for the Rehabilitation of the International Departure Toilet Block of the Terminal Building at FIAP Faisalabad. This procurement is for civil works involving dismantling, installation, and finishing tasks to upgrade the facility to modern standards. Items being procured: - Dismantling of existing false ceiling - Providing and fixing 12mm thick glass partition - Providing and fixing false ceiling - Providing and fixing fiber door shutter with frame - Taking out door and window shutters & frames - Providing and fixing gypsum board ceiling with aluminum T and L angles - Providing and fixing tempered glass with safety film and aluminum fittings - Providing and fixing solid core fiber door shutters with frame and hardware - Providing and fixing hydraulic door closers and door locks - Providing and fixing PPRC pipes and fittings including cutting and making good - Providing and fixing gun metal valves The scope includes removal of old materials, installation of new partitions, ceilings, doors, and plumbing works as per specifications. The site is located at Faisalabad International Airport, Faisalabad city, Punjab province. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in the appropriate category and be on the Active Taxpayer List. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by 7th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security is required as per bidding documents. Technical bids will be evaluated on a 100% technical basis using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents, inspect the site at their own cost, and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions. The contract duration is 30 days from the date of commencement. Performance security is not required for this contract.
