Construction and Maintenance Works at 132KV Grid Stations Faisalabad

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites bids from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with renewed certificates for the year 2026-27 and up-to-date registration with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis. The procurement follows a single stage single envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004 amended up to date. Items being procured: - Raising of Boundary Wall at 132KV Grid Station Shorkot City - Construction of Over Head Water Tank and underground Water Tank and Renovation of external Water Supply & Sewerage System at 132KV Grid Station T.T. Singh - Construction of 2nd Portion of Boundary Wall at 132KV Grid Station Bhera - Construction of Trench for Power Cables of PT T-3 at 132KV Grid Station Tarainabad - Maintenance & Repair of Control House Building at 132KV Grid Station Katha Sakral - Maintenance & Repair of Control House Building at 132KV Grid Station Mitha Tewana - Construction of Fencing wall at 132KV Grid Station VAC - Emergent Civil Works GSO Circle FESCO, Faisalabad (Providing & Installation of Submersible Pump with bore at 132KV Grid Station Bandala and GSO Circle FESCO, Faisalabad) - Maintenance & Repair of D-1 Quarter at 132 KV Grid Station Factory Area Faisalabad - Emergent Civil Works GSO Circle FESCO, Faisalabad (Providing & Installation of Street Lights at 132KV Grid Station Nia Lahore & Factory Area Faisalabad) - Construction of Security Guard Cabin at 132KV grid Station Khurrianwala - Providing & laying of Water Supply System at 132KV grid Station Wan Buchran The scope includes civil construction, repair, maintenance, installation of water supply systems, fencing, trenching for power cables, and security cabin construction at various 132KV grid stations in Faisalabad. Bidders must have PEC registration with relevant specialization codes, be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and provide evidence of experience with at least two similar contracts completed successfully within the last ten years. Financial criteria include average annual turnover, cash equivalents, and submission of Income Tax Returns for the last three years. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS Version 2.0 by 21-10-2026 up to 11:30 AM and will be opened on the same day at 12:00 Noon. Tender documents are available for download from the E-PADS portal and PPRA website. A bid security in the form of CDR valid for 140 days must accompany each bid. Bids covering partial or incomplete work will be rejected. For further information, bidders may contact the Executive Engineer Civil Works Division-II FESCO Faisalabad up to 20-10-2026. The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of the Superintending Engineer (Civil) FESCO Faisalabad.
