Construction of 2x3 Duct Line with Manholes from F-6 Grid Station to House No.52 F-6/1 (Part-I) as per WAPDA/IESCO Specifications

The Village Electrification (Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO)) invites sealed bids for the construction of a 2x3 duct line with manholes from F-6 Grid Station to House No.52 F-6/1 (Part-I) in Islamabad, to be executed according to WAPDA/IESCO SDI specifications under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with an estimated cost of **Rs. 17,089,136**. Items being procured: - Shingle and gravel formation (1974 Cum) - Providing and laying joints and testing of AC Pipe class B 125mm I/Dia and 7mm wall thickness (4500 Mtr) - Cement concrete plain 1:2:4 (60 Cum) - Cement concrete plain 1:3:6 (304 Cum) - Cement concrete plain 1:4:8 (39 Cum) - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 (60 Cum) - Brick work including striking of joints up to 3.00 Mtr height cement sand mortar 1:5 ratio (101 Cum) - Cement plaster (1:3) upto 1st floor height 13 mm (244 Sqm) - Erection & removal of centring for RCC or plain cement concrete work vertical (1143 Sqm) - Reinforced cement concrete work 1:2:4 (57 Cum) - Supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement for RCC (7748 KG) - M/S Angles (0.966 Ton) - Providing laying into trenches jointing of PVC class-B pipe line 125 mm (5" dia) (50 Mtr) - Conducting of Horizontal Boring for 6" MM I/Dia (50 Mtr) The scope includes all civil works related to duct line construction and manholes as per approved specifications. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC under codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, registered with NTDC Lahore, FBR with active NTN and GST status, and Punjab Revenue Authority with active status. Bidders must have completed similar works in DISCOs or government/semi-government/autonomous bodies and provide audited financial statements for the last three years. The bid security must be submitted as Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by **Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 09:30 AM**.
