Construction of 2x3 Duct Line with Manholes from House No.54 NDR Road to Near Customer Service Centre (Part-II) as per WAPDA SDI/Specification under IESCO Islamabad

The Village Electrification division of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids for the construction of a 2x3 duct line with manholes from House No.54 NDR Road to near Customer Service Centre (Part-II) in Islamabad. This work is to be executed according to WAPDA SDI/Specification under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with an estimated cost of **PKR 16,055,896**. Items being procured: - Construction of 2x3 duct line with manholes - Excavation in shingle and gravel formation (1437 Cum) - Excavation in very hard soil (500 Cum) - Providing and laying joints and testing of AC Pipe class B 125mm I/Dia (4380 Mtr) - Cement concrete plain in various sections (total approx. 310 Cum) - Dismantling cement concrete plain (17 Cum) - Brick work including striking of joints up to 3.00 Mtr height (101 Cum) - Cement plaster (1:3) up to 1st floor height 13 mm (244 Sqm) - Erection and removal of centring for RCC or plain cement concrete work (1124 Sqm) - Reinforced cement concrete work (71 Cum) - Supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement (7966 Kg) - Providing and laying PVC class-B pipe 125 mm dia in trenches (50 Mtr) - Conducting horizontal boring for 6" MM I/Dia (50 Mtr) The technical scope includes all civil works related to duct line construction, manhole installation, and associated concrete and brick works as per approved IESCO and WAPDA specifications. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, registered with FBR for NTN and GST with active status, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) with active status. Bidders must have completed similar works in DISCOs or government/semi-government/autonomous bodies and provide audited financial statements for the last three years. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is required. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal by **October 22, 2026, 09:30 AM**. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will be on the same day at 10:00 AM.
