Tender for Construction of 2x3 Duct Line with Manholes from G-8/1 to Jamia Masjid G-8 Markaz (Part-VI) under Deposit Head

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) (Village Electrification Cell) invites sealed electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the construction of a 2x3 duct line with manholes from G-8/1 to Jamia Masjid G-8 Markaz (Part-VI) under deposit head. This project is to be executed under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad. The scope of work includes excavation in shingle and gravel formation, very hard soil excavation, providing and laying joints and testing of AC Pipe class B 125mm I/Dia with 7mm wall thickness including rubber joints, cement concrete plain in various mixes, dismantling cement concrete, brickwork with striking of joints, cement plaster, erection and removal of centring for RCC or plain cement concrete work, reinforced cement concrete work, supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement, providing and laying angles, laying and jointing of PVC class-B pipe line, and conducting horizontal boring for 6" MM I/Dia. Items being procured: - Excavation in shingle and gravel formation (350 Cum) - Excavation in very hard soil (1663 Cum) - Providing & laying joints and testing of AC Pipe class B 125mm I/Dia (3793 Mtr) - Cement concrete plain 1:2:4 (42 Cum) - Cement concrete plain 1:3:6 (224 Cum) - Cement concrete plain 1:4:8 (51 Cum) - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 (50 Cum) - Brickwork other than building including striking of joints up to 3.00 Mtr height (84 Cum) - Cement plaster (1:3) upto 1st Floor height 13 mm (203 Sqm) - Erection & removal of centring for RCC or plain cement concrete work (867 Sqm) - Reinforced cement concrete work using coarse sand (55 Cum) - Supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement (7894 KG) - Providing laying into trenches jointing of PVC class-B pipe line 125 mm (30 Mtr) - Conducting of Horizontal Boring for 6" MM I/Dia (30 Mtr) The contract amount is Rs. 14,220,559. The work is to be carried out in Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under specialized codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, registered with Chief Engineer (D&S/S&S) NTDC Lahore, and have active registration with FBR, GST, and Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidders must provide a fresh bank statement with balance up to 25% of the BOQ cost, income tax returns for FY 2025-26, and demonstrate successful completion of similar works in DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations. Joint ventures are allowed with specific conditions. The bid security is 2% of the BOQ cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee. Performance guarantee is 5% of the contract price. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 07 October 2026 at 09:30 AM and will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria and submission requirements.
