Tender Description
The Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantt Garrison) Regional Office Wah Cantt invites construction firms to participate in the construction of 4 classrooms at FG Junior Public School located in Gudwal, Wah Cantt. This tender is specifically for construction works and targets firms with valid PEC registration and relevant experience.

The technical scope involves building classrooms at the specified school site in Wah Cantt. The project requires firms to have valid NTN and FBR active taxpayer status for the financial year 2026-27, GST registration, and a non-blacklist affidavit on e-stamp paper. Preference will be given to firms with prior work experience in Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POFs) and Federal Government Educational Institutions (FGEIs).
The tender follows a two-stage bidding procedure. Bidders must submit technical proposals without price by 10 August 2026 before 11:00 AM. These proposals will be evaluated and discussed on the same day at 12:00 PM at the Regional Office Wah Cantt. After discussions, bidders may revise their technical proposals. Those meeting technical requirements will be invited to submit a financial proposal by 13 August 2026 before 11:00 AM. The tender opening will occur on 13 August 2026 at 11:30 AM at FG TTC Wah Cantt in the presence of contractors or their representatives.
Bid forms are available from the Regional Office Wah Cantt for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 from 27 July to 07 August 2026 during office hours. Earnest money in the form of a CDR at 5% of the bid value must be deposited in favor of the Regional Director, FGEIs C/G Regional Office Wah Cantt.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documents, including PEC registration, NTN, FBR status, GST, and affidavits, are complete and attached to avoid disqualification. Timely submission of technical and financial bids as per the schedule is critical to remain eligible in this two-stage bidding process.
