Construction of Additional Floor at C-Arts Centre Gulistan-e-Johar Karachi

The Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities invites bids for the construction of an additional floor at the C-Arts Centre located in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories, active taxpayer status with FBR and SRB, ISO certifications, Sindh Employees' Social Security Institution registration, and proven experience in similar works over the last five years. Bid security of **Rs. 3.25 Million** and tender fee of Rs. 5,000 are required. The contract duration is 24 months.
