Construction of Approach Roads at 03 Nos. 132 KV Grid Stations Kamoke & Theri Sansi

The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites E-Bids from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and having valid/renewed registration for the year 2026-27, along with up-to-date registration with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the purpose of Sales Tax on Services and Sales Tax on Purchases, respectively, on a Single Stage - Single Envelope (SSSE) bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules, 2004, as amended up to date. Items being procured: - Construction of Approach Roads at 03 Nos. 132 KV Grid Stations - Hafizabad Road GRW - Kamoke & Theri Sansi (LOT-2) The scope involves civil works for approach roads at the specified 132 KV grid stations. Contractors must be registered with PEC under the relevant category with specialization CE-10 and have valid registration for the year 2026-27. Bidders must also have up-to-date registration with PRA and FBR for sales tax purposes. Earnest money requirements include a Bid Security in the shape of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan at 2% of the BOQ cost in the name of Executive Engineer (SS&T/L) Division, GEPCO, Gujranwala. The successful bidder shall submit Performance Security at 10% of the Contract Price in the form of CDR at the time of signing the Contract Agreement. Bidders are required to submit registration certificates with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and FBR at the time of issuance of tender documents. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work in NTDC/DISCOs/WAPDA during the last two years and must provide photocopies of relevant work orders. The tender will be evaluated on a Single Stage – Single Envelope (SSSE) basis as per PPRA Rules. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed.
