Sukkur IBA University invites bids for Miscellaneous Works at IBA Community College Dadu, Sindh. This tender covers a comprehensive range of civil works including providing and fixing iron collapsible gates, aluminum channel framing for doors and windows with tinted glass, fiber glass sunshades, false ceilings, barbed wire fencing, cement plastering, painting, sanitary fittings, UPVC piping, brick work, reinforced cement concrete, and other related construction activities. The scope includes supply, installation, and finishing of all materials as per specifications and drawings. Bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialized codes CE-10 & CE-09. Valid registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities along with Active Taxpayer Status is mandatory. Bidders must have an average annual turnover equal to or exceeding the estimated cost over the last five years. An affidavit declaring no litigation, blacklisting, or corrupt practices is required. Earnest money of Rs. 300,000 in the form of pay order or demand draft in favor of Sukkur IBA University must accompany the bid. The contract duration is 6 months with a defect liability period of 6 months post-completion. Liquidated damages are set at 0.1% per day up to a maximum of 10% of the contract amount. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical proposals will be evaluated first, and only technically qualified bids will have their financial proposals opened. The bid security must be valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period of 90 days. Performance security of 5% of the contract price will be required from the successful bidder. The bid opening will take place at the Admin Block, Sukkur IBA University, Sukkur. Bidders are advised to verify their bid submission status on EPADS to avoid disqualification.
